On November 21 local time, CGC successfully signed the contract for the Seboche Road upgrade project in Lesotho. The project is located in Butha-Buthe District and covers approximately 9.5 kilometers. It will be undertaken by CGC Southern Africa Branch.

On the afternoon of November 21, 2025 local time, CGC and the National Directorate of Water (DNA) of Mozambique formally signed the cooperation agreement for the Mulotana Water Supply Project in Maputo Province.

On November 21, CECEP and the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai.

The 19th China Enterprise Lecture Series was held at the Group Headquarters on November 17. The event was attended by leaders and guests including Peng Huagang, President of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society, and Shu Yinbiao, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
